4. Coaching Services

Spiritude Wellness provides coaching services intended to support self-reflection, personal awareness, and personal development. Coaching services: are not therapy, are not medical treatment, are not psychological counseling, are not legal or financial advice By participating in coaching services, you acknowledge that: you are responsible for your own decisions and actions coaching is a collaborative process outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Coaching is intended to support reflection, awareness, and personal development, but it does not replace professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

5. Online Services

Services offered through Spiritude Wellness are delivered online, including through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or similar technologies. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have: a stable internet connection access to the necessary technology to participate. Spiritude Wellness is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity, software platforms, or technical failures beyond our control.

6. Payments

All prices for coaching services, programs, and digital materials are listed on the website or provided during the purchase process. By purchasing services, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize payment for the services selected. Prices may be updated periodically at the discretion of Spiritude Wellness.

7. Refund, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policy

Due to the nature of coaching services, digital programs, and intellectual property provided, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds

Spiritude Wellness does not provide refunds once a purchase has been completed, including for coaching sessions, programs, digital materials, or packages.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule a booked session up to two (2) times.

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time.

After two reschedules, additional changes may be considered a forfeited session and charged in full.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session will be considered a late cancellation.

Late cancellations will result in the session being forfeited and charged in full.

Missed Sessions (No-Shows)

If a client fails to attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full.

Package or Program Purchases

For coaching packages or programs that include multiple sessions or digital materials:

• unused sessions are non-refundable

• sessions must be used within any timeframe specified at purchase

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing services from Spiritude Wellness, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Spiritude Wellness to resolve the matter.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

• suspension of services

• denial of future bookings

• recovery of associated fees where permitted by law

By purchasing or booking services through Spiritude Wellness, you confirm that you have read and agree to this refund, cancellation, and rescheduling policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spiritude Wellness shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from: the use of this website or participation in coaching services reliance on information provided on this website Participation in coaching services is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
